Following their highly successful careers in the RAF, and after years of honing their knowledge and expertise in the world of human performance and evaluation, Helen Seymour and Nic ‘Rosie’ Steevenson have joined forces to launch On A Mission; a platform to share expertise, establish thought leadership, connect with diverse audiences and drive change through effective keynote speaking, talks and training services.

WHAT WE DO
KEYNOTE SPEAKING
Together, we can retell our extraordinary experiences of flying from a unique perspective. We were one of only a handful of female fast jet crews to fly together in the world, having commanded and operated a £50 million Tornado Fighter jet. We can weave our stories from an individual as well as a crew perspective to give exceptional insights which are rarely heard.
MEET HELEN & ROSIE
Helen and Rosie first met in 2004 at RAF Leeming. It was a memorable moment as Rosie was being selected for the Tornado Fighter jet and we discovered that we would be flying together in the future.
Since then, we’ve remained the greatest of friends: from flying jets, to marriages, to having children and career changes; we’ve been on this journey together. It therefore made perfect sense for us to team up to share these novel experiences to organisations and businesses.
Furthermore, Rosie and Helen both have young daughters and hope to inspire all generations to achieve their dreams.
