Why On A Mission

Why Rosie
Rosie is a former RAF fast jet navigator and Airline Chief Ground Instructor who overcame early setbacks to fly supersonic in a £30 million fighter jet. Now an expert in human performance with an MSc in Human Factors and Behaviour Change, she speaks internationally on decision making-under pressure and building trust to develop high performing teams.

Our next speakers have spent years operating in one of the most demanding environments on Earth, the cockpit of a fast jet. One as a fighter pilot, the other as a navigator. An all female crew flying at extraordinary speeds, making split second decisions where clarity, trust, and teamwork aren’t optional; they’re survival.
